The theme of the 2011 Symposium: The Federation of Taste. The broad theme of the symposium is to explore the implications of governance past and present for gastronomy in Australia.

 Presenters should provide an abstract of 200 words and a brief bio note as soon as their paper is confirmed.

Final papers for presentation in each 20-minute timeslot should be submitted by e-mail, including any slideshows, by 13 April 2011.
